JOB SUMMARY:
The Sponsorship Service Representative is responsible for executing the elements of the packages of the Biscuits’ sponsorship partners. This intense position involves implementation of our contractual obligations of our sponsors and serving as their advocate in the ballpark, proactively monitoring package performance and working with all team departments to guarantee the successful execution of the custom designed packages. Qualitative service and timely execution are important. This service-oriented position includes event planning, drafting value worksheets, timelines, invoicing, payment tracking and drafting contracts for each sponsor. The SSR also manages ticket issues such as reserving suites, season tickets and picnics for each sponsor, and ticket deliveries.
The Sponsorship Service Representative works closely with Ownership and Marketing while reporting directly to the Director of Sponsorships & Marketing. The Sponsorship Service Rep is required to work regular office hours, as well as at the majority of Biscuits home games, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Strong organizational and communication skills

Willingness and desire to learn

Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environment

1-2 years experience in event coordination at professional or internship level

COMPENSATION:
Base salary and commission commensurate with experience.

This intense position includes implementation of our contractual obligations of our sponsors and serving as their advocate in the ballpark, proactively monitoring package performance and working with all team departments to guarantee the successful execution of the custom designed packages. Qualitative service and timely execution are important. This service-oriented position involves event planning, drafting value worksheets, timelines, invoicing, payment tracking and drafting contracts for each sponsor.
